Free Shipping costs within The Netherlands

Shipping costs within Europe 7,50 € 

All shipping within The Netherlands and Europe is free of charge with a minimum purchase of 150 €

International shipping 25 €

We want to prevent overproduction and work with a made upon order system. Therefore delivery time may vary between

1-4 weeks. LEMON will keep you informed and you will receive an email as soon as your garment is ready for delivery.


LEMON will send you a delivery confirmation.


Standard delivery times within The Netherlands take around 24-48 hours, within Europe delivery usually 1-5 days.


All items will be delivered to the address stated on purchase. Please inform us if any address changes should be made.

Return & Exchange Policy

Can I change my items?

All items purchased on can be exchanged for another size or color within 14 days from the day of delivery. Each item has to be in the original condition. Please send a mail to stating the colour/size you want to exchange your purchased garment for. 

In case you want to change the item into another item, you will receive a refund and can make a new purchase online. 

Returns for defective items are always free of charge. Please let us know about it. defected items can be returned free of charge 14 days after receiving. Upon arrival at LEMON you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

If you do not like your purchased item or want to return it for other reasons, the charges for the return will be upon by the buyer. You can request the return through an email to explaining the reasons for the return within 14 days upon received. The products have to be in perfect condition and be send in their original packaging. After approving the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account in a few days.

If you have purchased a product from one of LEMON's authorized distributors, please contact the store to arrange your exchange or return.

Gift vouchers refunds are not accepted.

How to make a return:

1. Contact us by email indicating your name, order number, shipping code and reason for the return.


2. Once the information has been checked, we will indicate how to proceed with the re-shipment of the product, according to the method you have chosen.

3. The item must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the item by registered mail we will process the return and if it meets the requirements we will proceed to refund the charge made for the purchase (without shipping costs) by the same means as it was made.


Returns for defective products and erroneous shipments:

In this case LEMON will be responsible for shipping costs for returning defective product as well as for resending a new product.

International Returns:

LEMON does not take care of the customs taxes incurred when returning items from international destinations. Shipments must be categorized at the post office or transportation company as "Items returned under warranty."

Remember that credit card payment always depends on your bank.

LEMONGARMENTS.COM reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
